Sanne started her practice with Bikram yoga many years ago. After a few years she felt it was time to give other styles a try; her first vinyasa class was an eye opener.
She realised there was so much more to yoga to be explored and she’s been practicing different styles of yoga ever since. After working for years in the fashion industry she felt she needed more movement in her daily life. She decided to do a yoga teacher training and found it at Sampoorna Yoga Shala in India.
She’s now RYT-200 certified and able to share her love for yoga with her students. Her vinyasa classes are focussed on finding time for yourself in the here and now with your breath leading you through it.
