MARIT MASTAD

In 2012 she completed her first vinyasa teacher training at the Octopus garden in Toronto. Since then she has followed a number of teacher trainings including Power yoga, Yoga for mental health, Street yoga, Yin Yoga, Restorative yoga, Kids yoga and adaptive yoga for people with disabilities. In addition, she is also a certified personal trainer, suspension trainer and she studying the last year of her physiotherapy degree.

Marit teaches mostly vinyasa flow and HIIT Yoga, and her teaching style is characterized by vigorous, challenging sequences with a keen eye to anatomy and a good portion of smiles and giggles.
