7-WEEK MINDFULNESS MEDITATION TRAINING

Learn to be present where you are with this 7-week meditation course. Week by week you are guided in the process to feel and connect with your breath, body sensations, emotions and thoughts. By enquiring, reflecting and embracing you learn to accept what is and let go of what doesn’t serve you to transform to become more alive and authentic in this modern hectic 24/7 world.

Week 4: The art of loving kindness

Week 5: Developing an understanding of your own spacious awareness
